The Centro Cura Olha D’agua founded in 2024, is a new and non-profit organization dedicated to the strengthening and regeneration of Huni Kuin culture.

Its main objective is to encourage young people and all those interested in preserving forest knowledge. Under the leadership of president Tume the village is located in the river of acural indigenous land, in the municipality of Tarapacá́, in the state of acre, in the Brazilian amazon region.

In addition, through social entrepreneurship, the institute promotes experiences in the village and holds ceremonies both in brazil and abroad. The aim is to implement concrete and significant improvements for the development and well-being of the espelho da vida village community, providing opportunities for learning, cultural strengthening, and knowledge exchange.

The centro cura olho d’agua is a strong supporter of the indigenous women’s cause, seeking to encourage their development and empowerment..
